In Miami Beach, parts stores usually open early and close late seven days a week, while salvage yards keep shorter hours and may charge a small entry fee. Across Florida, dealer service is the safest route for recall work and warranty repairs, which are free, and for software-heavy jobs on newer cars. Fuel prices change daily and vary block by block, so the listing's location and hours matter more than the brand. For rentals, reserve ahead on weekends and check what insurance the agency requires.

Miami Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Miami Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

They charge $6.35 for being allowed to charge your Tesla for 15 minutes. And it's still $0.43/kWh to pay. Excessive. Tesla should eliminate this charger. Or mark it different on the map.

Don't use these chargers unless you want to get charged $55 by a company called "Professional Parking Management." They'll send you a letter stating that you must pay them $55 and if you don't they'll turn you over to a collection agency for $90. They photograph your license plate and then they get your information and mail you a "Notice of Non-Compliance." Yes, I understand it's a parking garage which is expensive, and installing chargers is paid for by money that grows on trees, but there's no signage about how to pay to use the parking garage ... or if it is, it's very well hidden. CHARGE UP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

He’s live right across the street so this parking garage is extra special for me! Lots of shops and restaurants right underneath. Super convenient easy to get to you don’t have to pay for a parking just pull in and use the supercharger. Our supercharger was only running at 220 mph so a little slower than normal however there’s a nice park down the road so we took our kid down there while waiting.
